War Department, A.G.O. March 14,1941. To: Chief of Ordnance.

1.   The item Grenade, Hand, Dummy, Mark I is reclassified from limited standard to standard and will be designated Grenade, Hand, Training, Mark 1A1.

2.   Allowances prescribed in Army Regulation 775-10 for Practice Grenades will be interpreted to read “Training Grenades”.

3.   Requirements for a Practice Grenade with explosive charge are cancelled.  The Grenade, Hand, Practice, Mark II is reclassified from standard to limited standard.
